Chapel Hill Family Session

Hey ya’ll! I have another beautiful family session to share with you! I am in love with how Naj and Ray were able to incorporate a few different themes into their shoot. Naj and Ray are new parents and wanted to capture some moments of this time in their life. As mama’s, we often have images of our children with everyone else except us! Being a photographer herself, Naj recognized the importance of having images where she’s actually in them!

Strategy

Because all sessions come with a session planning meeting, we were able to strategize to ensure that we were making the most of our time together. In Naj and Ray’s meeting, we talked about incorporating traditional family images along with some informal, lifestyle type portraits. We also created a moodboard that helped us to narrow down the vibe of the shoot.

Naj and Ray also recently purchased and moved into a beautiful home. So we knew that we wanted to showcase areas of the home in the images of this Chapel Hill family session. Our planning resulted in beautiful, well thought out, meaningful images. Naj and Ray are pleased with the end result!
