Things didn’t quite go as planned for Robin’s romantic NC bridal session, which led us to ultimately canceling our shoot! Read why after the jump.

The Story

My wedding dress came in three weeks before my wedding which left me just a little time for dress alterations.  Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do my bridal shoot before my wedding as I initially intended, but I didn’t allow that to discourage me.

 

After the wedding,  I realized just how busy things were on our actual wedding day.  I took some pictures in my gown, but I wasn’t able to simply soak in the moment of being in the one dress I imagined being in all my life.  Plus I didn’t have many images of me in my second dress.  I contemplated for a few weeks and then I finally reached out to Dawn, because something deep down inside confirmed that I needed a bridal shoot.  I needed that moment of solitude, nature, and a bomb photographer!

 

 

Dawn is truly heaven sent.  She didn’t hesitate or turn me away.  She made time to fit me into her busy summer schedule.  I am forever grateful for Dawn being able to relive my special moment in my dream dress…to feel beautiful once again and to soak in the beauty of the dress from every angle.
